1) Booking
To reserve a time slot, Extended Family Minis must be paid in full, and session contract must be completed. Both completed online.

2) Limitations
Extended Family Minis are ONLY available for extended families, where multiple generations/multiple families are included in one session.

3) Reschedules & Cancellations
Reschedules will NOT be permitted as this session offering is for one day only. Sessions will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of adverse weather, such as extreme low temps, sessions will be moved to the studio.

If a client cannot attend their shoot for any reason they may choose one of three options:

1) Choose a full cancellation with a 50% non-refundable fee (plus tax.)

2) Upgrade to a full session with a mini session cancellation fee of $50 (plus tax). New pricing and contract will apply to the new session. The full session must take place in 2027. (Additional terms may apply.)

3) Client may find someone to take over their time slot with the following requirements:

—The new client must complete their own booking for the time slot 3 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE the day of the session.

—Once the new client is booked, the original client’s funds will be released, minus a $25 plus tax cancellation fee for processing.

No shows will not be refunded any amount.

As part of a professional experience, clients should expect that all images will be finished with my signature post production style.

My portraits take on a highly contrasted, color-rich, timeless look; With bright highlights, dark blacks and colors that pop in all the right places. You’ll find I put my whole heart into carefully balancing light and color to making your best features shine. To some my portraits may even look a bit dream-like!

Your session will be balanced between naturally posed and gently cued candid images. I will, of course, also be watching for totally candid moments to unfold.

Joining me for the first time? New clients are encouraged to view my galleries before booking to get an idea of what to expect in their final images.

WILL YOU TRAVEL TO ME?
This event will only take place in the location chosen by the photographer. No exceptions.

CAN WE INCLUDE A PET IN OUR PORTRAITS?
Typically the answer to this question is always, YES!” I love meeting your fur-babies. However, please let me know ahead of time if you’re considering bringing a pet. Due to the fast pace nature of mini sessions, if a pet is not cooperating, they will be removed from the portraits in order to complete the session in the short time frame allotted to each client.

Pets coming into the studio must meet the following requirements:

1) Pets should be on a leash or in a carrier when in the studio.

2) Pets MUST be flea and tick treated for any studio access.

3) Pets MUST be potty trained for any studio access.

4) Pet parents should always have a safe place to keep their pets when they’re not part of your portraits.

Clients will be financially responsible for any damages their pet(s) make.
