1) Booking
Due to the booking timeline of these sessions,your full payment and session contract are required to reserve a date\time. Both completed online. Fifty percent (50%) of your payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

2) Limitations
Christmas Morning Minis are limited to children only up to 6 people. Newborns are welcome during this event, but the number of sessions including a newborn will be limited, and only certain times may be available for newborn aged clients.

3) Reschedules & Cancellations
Reschedules will not be permitted for this specific session. If a client cannot attend their shoot they may choose one of two options:

1) Choose a full cancellation of your session with a 50% + tax cancellation fee.

2) Upgrade your mini session to a full session with a 25%+ tax mini session cancellation fee. The remaining 75% of your mini payment will be applied to your 2026 full session. A new session contract will be required.

No shows will not be refunded any amount.
