1) Booking
Due to the booking timeline of Mini Sessions, your full payment and session contract are required to reserve a mini session date\time. Both completed online. Fifty percent (50%) of your mini session payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Full session bookings require a contract and non-refundable payment of $200 to reserve your session date & time.

2) Limitations
Cap and Gown sessions are for 2027 Graduates, and optionally, the Graduate’s immediate family. The majority of the session will be focused on the Graduate. Extended family is not permitted during either the mini or full Cap & Gown session. (ie. grandparents, cousins, etc.)

3) Reschedules & Cancellations
Mini session clients are allotted one reschedule between either mini session date. If a client cannot attend their mini session they may choose one of two options:

1) Choose a full cancellation of your session with a 50% + tax cancellation fee.

2) Upgrade your mini session to a full session with a 25%+ tax mini session cancellation fee. The remaining 75% of your mini payment will be applied to a full Cap & Gown session. A new session contract will be required.

Full session clients are allotted one reschedule to a new available date before June 30, 2026. If a client must cancel their full session for any reason the non-refundable payment of $200 will be withheld as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments will be refunded.

No shows will not be refunded any amount.
