1) Booking
Full payment and session contract are required to reserve a mini session date\time. Both completed online. Fifty percent (50%) of your mini session payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

2) Limitations
Mini sessions are NOT applicable for extended families, individual newborns, or high school seniors. The only exception is High School Seniors may use the “NIGHT LIFE” carnival mini session.

3) Reschedules & Cancellations
Friday, Aug. 7 will be the rain date if weather does not permit us to shoot on August 6. If both dates are rained out clients will be full refunded for the cancellation. The photographer will determine if the weather is inclement enough to postpone or cancel.

If a client cannot attend their mini session for any reason they may choose one of two options:

1) Choose a full cancellation of your session with a 50% + tax cancellation fee.

2) Upgrade your mini session to a full session with a 25%+ tax mini session cancellation fee. The remaining 75% of your mini payment will be applied to a standard full session. A new session contract will be required and new pricing will apply.

No shows will not be refunded any amount.
